Refunds
Once you purchase a course on our site, you may obtain a refund until you either access the course or the course cohort begins (in the case of the certificate programs). After this point, your purchase becomes non-refundable but can be transferred to another user in the case of a staffing change.
Cancellations
Any registration can be cancelled, and the course refunded, until either the course is accessed by the user or the course cohort begins (in the case of the certificate programs). After this point, the purchase is final but can be transferred to another user in the case of a staffing change.
